Drive
Browse, search, upload, preview and manage the files in the drives connected to your workspace.
The Drive section shows the files in the drives your workspace can use. A drive is one connected storage account, such as a Google Drive, a OneDrive, or a storage server your administrator set up. Your files stay in that account. Metis shows them and makes your changes there.
- Browse your files: switch drives, use list and grid views, move through folders, and select and open items.
- All drives: see every drive in the workspace in one place.
- Search: find a file by name, and how search works on each drive type.
- Upload files: add files with the Upload button or by dragging them in, and the limits that apply.
- Create, rename and delete: make folders, rename items, and know when a delete can be undone.
- Download and open at the provider: save a file to your computer or open it in Google Drive or OneDrive.
- Preview files: which files open in the preview pane, the size limits, and which drives support it.
- Pinned and recent folders: keep folders one click away in the sidebar.
- Folder restrictions: choose which top-level folders of a drive a workspace can see.

- Drive AI: ask the assistant about the files in a drive.
- Keyboard shortcuts: every Drive shortcut in one table.
