Workspaces and accounts
Create workspaces, connect your mailboxes, calendars and drives, and work with your team.
A workspace is where you and your team use mail, calendars and drives together. The accounts you connect stay yours, and you choose which workspaces use them. These pages explain how that works and walk you through each task.
- About workspaces: what a workspace is, and how it uses the accounts you connect.
- Create a workspace: start a new workspace and invite people right away.
- Switch between workspaces: the left rail, keyboard switching, the order of your workspaces and your default workspace.
- Connect an account: sign in with a provider or fill in a login form to connect a mailbox, calendar or drive.
- Add, share and remove resources: put mailboxes, calendars and drives in a workspace, turn AI on or off for them, and share them.
- Manage your connected accounts: see every account you have connected, and disconnect or delete them.
- Fix an account that stops working: reconnect an account, and what an unavailable account means.
- Members and roles: invite people, change roles, transfer ownership and remove members.
- AI and privacy settings: decide whether AI and phishing detection are allowed in the workspace.
- Logo and color: give the workspace its own logo and accent color.
- Delete a workspace: remove a workspace for every member.
- Personal and shared settings: which settings are yours alone and which apply to the whole workspace.
