Find mail, events, files, chats, people and settings across your whole workspace from one search box.

Workspace search finds everything in the workspace you are in from one box: your mail, events and files, your Workspace AI chats, the people you work with, your workflows, and the workspace’s mailboxes, calendars and drives. It also finds commands and settings pages. From a result, you can open it or act on it without leaving search.

Open it with Search on the left rail, or press Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac).

• Search your workspace: open search, read the results and the preview, and act on a result.
• Narrow a search: quick filters, filters you type, suggestions as you type, and how search marks problems.
• Saved and recent searches: keep a search to run again, and pick up a recent one.
• Results and actions: what each kind of result shows and what you can do with it.
• Who sees what, and limits: which results each person sees, and where search stops looking.
